Have you forgotten the whole needing his glasses to find his glasses thing?

Mine are bad, too but not that bad, so I figured if one of us could get it, it should be him.

I actually qualified for some financial aid at school this year. I even got a grant. I'm so surprised and relieved. Basically, tuition and books will be taken care of at a nice interest rate. [File this under "Extraneous Benefits of Ditching Money-making Husband"]

It's not like I was dying paying for this stuff myself, just now I don't have to worry about coming up with two grand at a moments notice. Which is ever so nice when you are attempting to figure out expenses and thinking of buying a townhouse.

Is there an IRS form line for that?

Note to all those folks in Washington who are trying to figure out what to do about the economy.

The average American family is saddled with nearly $8K in credit card debt. Interest rate cuts haven't helped there because few banks will willingly cut an interest rate of 22% down to something more managable out of the goodness of their hearts.

We should be encouraging people to pay off this kind of debt rather than encouraging unnecessary spending.
