		<description>I have an hourly planner that I use to try and schedule my day to the 15-minute increment.

I ALSO have "to-do" lists on post-it notes stuck on almost every day.

It's a bad scene.  It basically just overwhelms me and makes me sit on the couch, immobilized by the anxiety of too much to do!</description>
